This work is a 'visual diary' of Chu. The densely written script is a narration of his life in Temple Street, where he lived in the 1950s. It immediately calls to mind the crowdedness of the street's night market, often referred to as "poor men's night club". With the unique use of subtle colours and composition, he has lovingly pieced together fragments of his personal memories and his dialogue with the old Hong Kong.
