  • Provenance: Commissioned for the Salle du Trône of the Tuileries palace. Executed in collaboration with I. Degotti for the perspectives and modified by the artist in 1810. Mentioned in the Salle des Gardes of the Tuileries until 1814 and in the artist's studio in 1816, and handed over to the administration of the royal museums in 1820. Entered Versailles in 1837 in the Coronation room in the reign of Louis-Philippe, 19th century.
